There were fewer than half a million Jews in the Warsaw ghetto. There are a million and a half Palestinians in the Gaza ghetto. Jews in the Warsaw ghetto resisted the Nazi occupation with whatever crude weapons they had. A few Germans were killed or wounded but it wasn't a fair fight. Palestinians are resisting the Israeli occupation. A few Jews have been killed or wounded but it's not a fair fight. Here are some excerpts from Chapter Forty-two of Oprah's Dead Son:

I compiled EWA to have a list of people who decide what propaganda gets disseminated to whom and for what purpose so I could call 'em names like "ignoramus." If I'd had a list of people who worked for Joseph Goebbels in 1936 I would've written them letters and would have told them to quit doing what they were doing. I wouldn't have "blamed" them, just as I don't "blame" anyone on my little list, I simply would have pointed out the mistakes they were making. It might have done some good...but probably not. I'm also advertising my free fifteen hour audio book. What things don't you like, Gerard? You've piqued my curiosity, though I'm still unsure why you would label me personally as worthless, superfluous, chickenhearted, money-grubbing, Nazi, and moron. I doubt that you've worked in the newspaper industry or you would know that we aren't in it for the cash. Andy

I don't like that with enough hype black becomes white, that a person's value is what he or she's worth in money, that bad books are called good and good books are called bad, that yes you have all the free speech and free press you want but the distribution network is locked up tighter than any Nazi, fascist, police state and all anyone ever gets to see or hear or read is entertaining propaganda that keeps people from knowing they're slaves whose only value is as a consumer. I have worked in the newspaper industry...as a paper boy, and I was in it for the cash. It's not "big" money, no, but it's a living and you do what you're told to do or you get fired. In addition to all those other things, you're brainwashed, as well. It's not your fault, you sound like a decent enough guy, but the totality of what you've been exposed to since you were born has made you do your part to grow the GDP by five percent a year. Period. You think you're brave. You think you're free. You think you matter. Ha! Quit parroting the company line, the company policy, the company dogma for a minute or two and you'll see how much you matter, how brave you are, how free. Thanks. G.
